- Professional (with the source code)
- Evaluation editions (contents may vary)
For using Prosys Sentrol you have to accept the license agreement of the respective edition.

This software and accompanying documentation are protected by international copyright law and also by International Treaty provisions. Any use of this software in violation of copyright law or the terms of this agreement will be prosecuted to the best of our ability.
You acknowledge that all rights with respect to Prosys Sentrol, including but not limited to, all of Prosys PMS Ltd's and/or its licensors' intellectual property rights therein, are and shall be, the exclusive property of Prosys PMS Ltd and/or its licensors. Nothing herein shall give you any right, title or interest in or to Prosys Sentrol or any portion thereof. You will receive no licenses except as expressly granted in this Agreement. Prosys PMS Ltd does not grant you any expressed or implied rights to or under any patent, copyright, trademark, or trade secret of Prosys PMS Ltd.
You shall restrict your use of this evaluation edition of Prosys Sentrol for evaluation purposes only. Any feature of Prosys Sentrol is subject to change without notice.
You may use the evaluation edition of Prosys Sentrol to test whether it meets your demands. If you are an educational institution and you have got a separate written permission from Prosys PMS Ltd, you can use evaluation edition of Prosys Sentrol also for educational purposes.
You are not allowed to distribute materials produced by Prosys Sentrol, regardless of the way how such a distribution takes place. You are not allowed to modify any material produced by Prosys Sentrol, including but not limited to computer files which were created as a result of the usage of Prosys Sentrol. You are not allowed to sell, rent, lease or otherwise use commercially files or parts of files which were created by Prosys Sentrol.
Prosys PMS Ltd authorizes you to make archival copies of this software for the sole purpose of back-up. Under no circumstances may you copy this software or documentation for the purposes of distribution to others. Under no conditions you may remove the copyright notices made part of the software or documentation.
Parts of the evaluation edition code are not considered to be at the level of performance and compatibility of the final, commercially available product offering. Such code may not operate correctly and may be substantially modified prior to commercial release.
Prosys PMS Ltd is not obligated to make any evaluation edition code commercially available. The supplied software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROSYS PMS LTD FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SUPPLIED SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH YOU. The Software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). Prosys PMS Ltd and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities.
Prosys may include different practical limitations to the evaluation edition of Prosys Sentrol. Limitations may include (but not restrict to) time limited use of the software or materials produced by the software. Practical limitations may appear in the software, documentation and materials produced by the software. In any case Prosys PMS Ltd has the absolute right at any time to terminate this license with immediate effect.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Finland excluding the rules of conflicts of laws of the Finnish legislation.
All Prosys product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of Prosys PMS Ltd. Other brand and product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders.
By installing or by using Prosys Sentrol, you agree to the terms applicable to your edition and license.

Under no circumstances may you copy this software or documentation for the purposes of distribution to others. Under no conditions may you remove the copyright notices made part of the software or documentation.
You may distribute, without runtime fees or further licenses, your own compiled programs based on any of the source code of Prosys Sentrol. You may not distribute any of the Prosys Sentrol source code, compiled units, or compiled example programs without written permission from Prosys PMS Ltd. You may not use Prosys Sentrol to create controls or components to be used by other developers without written approval from Prosys PMS Ltd.
Note that the previous restrictions do not prohibit you from distributing your own source code or units that depend upon Prosys Sentrol. However, others who receive your source code or units need to purchase their own copies of Prosys Sentrol in order to compile the source code or to write programs that use your units.
The supplied software may be used by one person on as many computer systems as that person uses. Group programming projects making use of this software must purchase a license for each member of the group. Contact Prosys PMS Ltd for volume discounts and site licensing agreements.
Prosys PMS Ltd warrants that the properly installed and used Software will in pertinent part function as described in related documentation (except for defects or non-conformities causing minor and trivial deviations therefrom) for a period of 3 months from receipt. If you encounter a bug or deficiency, we require a problem report detailed enough to allow us to find and fix the problem. If you properly notify us of such a software problem within the warranty period, Prosys PMS Ltd will make reasonable efforts to correct the defective software at no cost to you. In case this does not succeed, Prosys PMS Ltd may at his option refund the software license fee. This is the sole remedy for any defects in the software.
PROSYS PMS LTD DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF Prosys Sentrol BEYOND THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SOFTWARE. IN NO EVENT WILL PROSYS PMS LTD BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ADDITIONAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THESE PROGRAMS, EVEN IF PROSYS PMS LTD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
