Jouni Aro nominated to OPC Foundation Technical Advisory Council

Prosys OPC is proud to see their CTO, Jouni Aro, being nominated as a member of the Technical Advisory Council (TAC) of OPC Foundation as of today.
Jouni has long experience of OPC development and expertise and, in practice, he has been actively taking part in the development of OPC standards, namely OPC UA (IEC 62541), for a long time.
This nomination clarifies that Jouni is committed to being an active member of the core team of OPC Foundation that is developing the standard as a corner stone of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Industrie 4.0, which are enabling development of smart factory technologies of future.
