Prosys Sentrol OPC SDK 6.7.3 Released

This is a new minor release of Prosys OPC Sentrol SDK.
The main improvement is support for Embarcadero RAD Studio 10.3 Rio (Delphi and C++Builder).

NOTE: Prosys Sentrol 6 is the OPC Classic SDK. The new OPC UA SDK will be released as Prosys OPC Sentrol SDK 7.
